"Ivory Salmon," or "White King Salmon" is nearly identical to traditional King Salmon on the outside, but because it lacks an enzyme that is thought to be due to eating shellfish, it keeps a whitish/pink tint to it's meat. This delicate fish is best pan-seared or baked at low heat and cooks very quickly.
