Known for its velvety, rich flavor, delicate texture, and high oil content, there's no mistaking this fish for bland.Alaska Black Cod with its fresh-caught mild, moist and flaky flavor has become such a popular menu item. Low in calories and excellent source of high-quality protein and essential nutrients makes this fish it a perfect choice for a healthy diet.   Rockfish
  Mild, delicately flavored Rockfish will change the minds of those who claim they "don't like seafood." It's low in fat (just 1.4 grams in a 3.5 oz serving), so it fits deliciously into the good and good-for-you category. There's no trick to cooking Rockfish. It's especially moist and flavorful baked or cooked in the microwave. This lean, medium textured fish may be enhanced with lemon, herbs or spices, but don't overdo. Rockfish can be overwhelmed by heavy sauces. In many fine West coast restaurants, you may see Rockfish sometimes referred to as Pacific Red Snapper.

Shipping And Delivery

SHIPPING

Alaskan Harvest Seafood pays 50% of the cost of shipping provided that the order is $120 or more.

Seafood is shipped in insulated boxes and in super cold coolant to keep products frozen during transit. We try to ship most orders on Mondays and Tuesdays so that we have a backup day in case the delivery company fails to deliver ontime.

Standard Delivery is between 1 and 3 days depending on the delivery address. We will pack the order so that it arrives in good condition. Add shipments are shipeed as "Driver Released" and package is left at your door. No signature is required.

SUPPORT AND COST OF SHIPPING:

You can reach us at [email protected] or you can call us at 888-824-4278. Please leave a message if we do not answer right away. We will call you back as soon as we are able to. After the orders are shipped and the delivery company has the boxes, we will send you an email shipment confirmation with the tracking number.

We charge our customer $29.95 for Standard Shipping on orders between $120 and $300. Orders over $300, we charge 10% of the product cost. Overnight Delivery is available at an additional cost of $40. Overnight is just faster, the product will arrive in identical condition whether shipped as Standard or Overnight.

100% SECURE PAYMENT

We no longer store any credit card information on our servers. The card hacking has become too commonplace. This way we can be sure Alaskan Harvest does not leak any card information to anyone.

We process the card (or our card processor does) and this way it is more secure than the common AuthorizeNet and bank card processing.
